Tobey Talks Spidey Delay

With news of Spider-Man 4 possibly pushing back its release date, Spidey himself Tobey Maguire addressed the state of the film:
"Like anything, it's a process. We're just in the midst of the process. We have a lot of great stuff in terms of story and script. We're just trying to dial it in and get it ready as quickly as possible.
"Of course, these movies are a very big undertaking and take a lot more time than a drama or something more straightforward."
In addition to rumored arguments over the script, another Marvel adaptation Thor also secured the May 6, 2011 release date which means Spider-Man 4 is even more unlikely to release on the same day.
Are U more looking forward to seeing Spidey or Thor take the silver screen in 2011?

Toby Maguire didn't even bother to get into shape or lose his double chin for Spiderman 3. I'm sorry, but if they are paying him something like 20 million and he won't even bother to spend an hour at the gym each day, then he's not into the part. They should get somebody else.
spidee is getting old and Thor never seemed like it would be good stupid premise….batman and iron-man are the only Cool ones
I'm happy about a new Spiderman movie, but they can't keep producing them or they'll ruin the franchise. I think 4 will be enough.

well being as Ive already seenthe first three spiderman movies I think it would be more interesting to see what they do with the thor movieif kit can live up to the comic book,just so they dont have the guy talking in that biblical verse shit!

I agree with Tobey. I'd rather wait an extra year and have it ome out *Amazing* then a mediocre film.

They still owe me my money back from Spiderman 3. I wouldn't see another Spiderman film if I was in it. And let's all look forward to Kirsten Dunst bitching about how she wants to be killed off again while accepting another huge paycheck. Maybe they'll be singing and dancing again…what a wonderful way to tell an audience that you don't give a shit.
Spiderman 3 wasn't that great. What i do want to see is a Justice League Movie!!!
