Hello Dalai!

While attending a 5-day teaching session in India, longtime Buddhist Richard Gere, was blessed by the Dalai Lama.

The blessing occured in Bodh Gaya, which is "the town where Prince Siddhartha Gautama attained enlightenment after intense meditation and became the Buddha."

What an honor! Congrats!

I Love the Dalai Lama…he's so adorable i just want to pinch his cheeks…and u cant help but be filled with joy looking at him, his love and happiness is infectious….but cant Gere get blessed any ol' day of the week by him? they are like BFFs….

What a load of shit, and an example of what's wrong with society. Just because he's an actor and he's rich, he gets this honor. One of us "regular" folks who has been practicing Buddhism couldn't dream of this honor. Just sayin…
