      Latoya's always been lighter than the rest of the family, first of all. And in an attempt to copy Michael, she's always used a very powerfull white power kinda of thing. She stopped doing that, a few years ago, when she was clearly darker than before, but still, lighter than all the rest of the family.

      So, it's no surprise.

She has always had fair skin and if you look at pictures from the past you can easilly see this. I think in this picture you are just seeing a little bit more makeup.       Well Michael Jackson said that his grandfather had Vitiligo and Michael's autopsy CONFIRMED that he had vitiligo, so maybe it runs in the family…or maybe it's just the lighting of the camera flash because LaToya's always had lighter skin.

For example, when MJ's first child molestation charges were made public in the early 90's, she held a press conference stating MJ, her brother, WAS guilty! She later apologized and reunited with her family. This is when it all came out about how she was brain washed against her family. So during that time is when she said MJ was lying about having a skin condition.
