The paparazzo involved in the accident with Lindsay Lohan's driver is going to sue the shiz out of the wacktress and her driver saying, "Of course I'm going to sue them…but I don't care about the money."
Oh, SURE!
Lindsay's driver, a person of interest in the criminal assault with a deadly weapon investigation, was reportedly driving in a dark alley with sunglasses on when the photographer was hit.
He continues, "I want to press charges so badly … she's going to jail."
Probably not, but we shall see!

Drivers trying to get out of a paparazzi scrum are often forced to where shades because of bright flashes used.
The dude suing is seriously big (as in has his own zipcode) but if he put himself in a position to block a moving vehicle to obtain a picture and minor injury he received is well deserved.
Firs off, if she is the owner of the car she is responsible. Also, if this was a regular normal person that hit someone and left the scene of an accident they would be getting major jail time.

Lindsay wouldn't go to jail. It would be 100% the driver's fault. There is no way he would be able to successfully sue Lindsay Lohan in this case.

First of all you already posted this story or one completely similar to it. The photog has no case at all. He can sue the DRIVER but not Lindz. She was a passenger. Obviously this scum is only looking to make $$ as quick as he can. Sorry but if you view the video you can see all the photogs that were rushing around the car and hanging over it for the picture. There needs to be some serious laws to control these scum sucking asses that call themselves papparazzi.
There is no way she can be held responsible for the accident she was in the back of the car not behind the wheel, plus if it's her car the insurance company will handle everything, and I doubt they are going to pay out some guy trying to defraud them. LL might to make it go away, but insurance companies are the business not to pay. One view of the video and this guy will be praying they don't counter sue him.

saw the video - the guy is clearly a tool. he stood in front of a moving car taing pics through the windscreen using the flash, the poor driver was wearing sunglasses cso otherwise she'd be blinded by those photographers. gotta say though - this story is so old
