Lea & Kristin Head To Oz
Good news for Glee stars Kristin Chenoweth and Lea Michele. The hotties will soon be joining forces on the big screen.
The ladies will star in Dorothy of Oz, an animated flick set to be released in 2011 based on the More Adventures of Oz novels by Roger S. Baum.
Lea will play Dorothy while Chenoweth will play the China Doll Princess.
The flick will center around Dorothy's return to the twister stricken Kansas and then back to the land of Oz which has also been destroyed.
Also lending their voices to the movie will be Kelsey Grammer playing the Tin Man, Dan Aykroyd as the Scarecrow, and James Belushi as the Cowardly Lion.
Joining them will be Martin Short (he's still around?) playing the new character of the Jester who wants to control all of Oz.
Looks like this might be a flick worth watching.

They are not staring in it. They are just voicing some characters. There is a big difference between being in something and doing voice work.
Oh, for a second I thought you were going to post that Lea (though she would be a fine choice) was going to play Elphaba (the "wicked" witch of the west) in the film of Wicked instead of Idina.

can i just say that im tired of seeing the whole one-arm-on-hip pose?! ugh. anna paquin seems to be trying to bring it back since paris hilton hasnt been around as much to sport it and now LM. — look at KC- her pose speaks volumes. she looks so confident and elegant.
After reading WICKED the novel…you find out just how fucked up a place Oz really was. lol. and how much of a asshole bastard the Wizard was. This sounds interesting even though after the book I hate Dorothy
