Peaches Geldof NOT A Sex Worker

Peaches Geldof won some serious libel damages after Britain's Daily Star printed a front-page story titled "Peaches: Spend the night with me for £5k" and alleged that was her going price for sexual favors!

Peaches first contacted the Press Complaints Commission and the Daily Star printed a "substantially smaller" apology, but it wasn't good enough for the socialite so she slapped them with a libel suit and came out on top!

We're not the girl's biggest fan, but she's Sir Bob Geldof's daughter! Why would she ever need to do sex work to pay the bills?

Surely she gives it up for free!

Bob Gelgof is not Sir Bob Geldof. He is not a knight, This is because he is not a British citizen. He's Irish. Only British citizens can receive knighthood.He does have a title, I can't think of what it is right now.OBE I believe, Order of the British empire. Not sure.Can anyone clarify?

very funny Perez! Ya I don;t know much about her either but she comes across as a spoilt brat - she was destined for great things as I remember she did a few documentaries on I think Sky 1 when she was about 14 or 15 which were actually quite good and it looked like she was going to go to college and become a serious journalist but as far as I know, all she's done since leaving school is get tattoos, have loads of boyfriends, get married at like 18, fall out of clubs etc etc and I am sure daddy funds all this!

Re: tinyguyincanada – He got an Honorary Knighthood as you correctly stated he can't get a knighthood as he is Irish. He actaully got what's known as K.B.E. (Knight of the order of the British Empire but everyone in Ireland and the UK refer to him as SIR Bob

Re: Linda_eire – Thank you very much for clearing that up. I wasn't sure of the title he received. That was the very least he should have gotten for what he did for African famine.Being Canadian, maybe I should have known this. We have our own, similar vestments for persons that do great things like charity work, contributions to science health, arts and entertainment, military acts of bravery, etc. Thanks again.Randy.
