"The Kenyan Orphan Children Foundation is a registered Canadian charity (BN 84074 0955 RR0001).
Objectives
Our objective is to assist with the day-to-day operating costs of Mama Orphans Children's Home, which currently houses approximately 100 children ranging in age from 4 to 18. These costs include food, clothing, medical care, bedding, and education.
While the orphanage has been fortunate to secure funding from international organizations for a few much needed capital projects, it receives no other ongoing support for daily operating costs, which are currently running at approximately US$300 per child per year, or approximately US$30,000 in total per year."
