And it seems "retirement" has gotten the best of him.
LeBlanc is definitely sporting a few extra pounds and his hair has started to grey. Or has it been grey for a while and he used to dye it black?
Either way, at 42-years-old, Matt's still looking pretty damn good.

i think my dad is turning 50 this year and has less gray hair than he does. And for that matter still looks the same as he did 10 years ago, true people age, but they can also take care of yourself and try not to look as old as you are (or older) true Matt still looks good, but he could do better.

He's been grey for the past 3 years.The years before that and even on "Friends" he used to dye it black. I still think he looks really good,though(in the preview for his new show that is).In this picture,not so much.Not that it matters.He's still rich and has a gorgeous girlfriend(Andrea Anders,"Better Off Ted").I envy the guy.
