Is The Hoff's ex-wife heading behind bars?

Pamela Bach is scheduled to be arraigned for her November '09 DUI on Thursday morning and could possibly be locked up!

Bach was arrested twice in 2009 for DUI and the courts slapped an alcohol monitoring ankle bracelet on the former Hasselhoff in December, along with making Pammy sit in on a few AA meetings.

Amanda Bynes will finally be appearing court on June 6th for her April 6th DUI arrest, but apparently, she's may have to return very soon after that, because the actress was involved in ANOTHER hit-and-run only a few short days AFTER the first!
