I definitely think her nose looked better after the first nose job, but I am not sure why she decided to get it redone. I am also kind of confused about why this is a cover story!
This story proves, once again, how clueless Heidi is. Sad, really.
Lets see what she looks like without all the makeup and without all the photoshopping.

I don't think she was pretty before but at least she was natural. She looks plastic and it also looks like she aged a good 10 years.
so sad . . . she was such a pretty girl. she still looks normal, but a little stiff and, well, plastic. this will only REDUCE not build her self esteem. i mean there are cases where some plastic surgery can really help people (burn victims, etc) but a pretty girl going for "perfection" will almost always take it way too far.

I actually think this is sad, for a girl at 23 to feel that she is not pretty enough and needs to physically alter everything about herself its just sad. It really says something about her and our society. If she was 55 and got all this done I would still feel bad but at least see more of a reason, but Heidi was a pretty girl before and she's young she didn't need to do tis to herself. I'm disgusted that there are doctors that do this…if I was here doctor I send her for counseling. Go only knows what she'll have turned herself into in the next 15 years.
