    oh come ON…I don't see what the big deal is…Back in 1992 when Paula Abdul's single "Rush Rush" was released, my 9 year old self was running around the house belting out the lyrics like it was nobody's business and in 1995 when Boyz II Men's "I'll Make Love to You" was released, you better believe I was singing that shit non-stop as well.     While it's probably true that she is just having fun singing her favorite song and probably doesn't even fully understand the meaning of those lyrics, it should be her parents' responsibility to make sure she doesn't record it and put it on the internet. When I was little I used to sing and dance to Janet Jackson's song "Throb," which has highly sexual lyrics. I didn't know what they were about so I didn't really know they were sexual. BUT…my parents would have NEVER let me sing/dance to that song in public. This video should have been censored by the parents, who DO know what the lyrics are about and should be wise enough to know how it's going to look to have a nine-year old singing and dancing to them.

    Honestly the little girl I babysit has NO idea what she's singing most of the time, and she's 10. Her favorite song is "Just Dance" and they play it on her school bus… Little kids don't know what things mean and if you don't tell them then it's not a big deal. Think about it, did you understand the meanings to songs when you were a kid? The family is in the industry so obviously they're exposed to it more than the rest of us.
