Jackson's Kids Didn't Spend Holidays With Their Family

This doesn't make much sense. Or does it?
Turns out things aren't what they seem over at the Jackson household.
In fact, Michael Jackson's kids didn't even spend the holidays with their grandmother and legal guardian, Katherine Jackson.
Instead, Prince, Paris, and "Blanket" spent Christmas and New Year's with some family friends all arranged by their nanny Grace Rwaramba.
Turns out though the reason was because Katherine is a Jehovah's Witness and doesn't celebrate holidays.
Says a source about their visit, “They were extremely happy and they had a great time. It wasn’t a big deal Christmas with elaborate gifts. It was very humble.”
Adding, “They seemed fine, well adjusted, they’re doing their school work. They don’t talk about Michael’s death but they do mention him.”
Let's hope they're getting counseling. We have a feeling they're going to need it.

poor kids..
i wish i could just hug them and protect them from all the evil in the world.. i don't even know these children, but they hold a special place in my heart. just like their daddy. love you mikey!
I think the less printed about the lives of MJs children the better and this includes comments from the family.
oh btw look at prince's neck.. see those white spots? i think it's vitilgo… could this prove that mike is the biological father? since is was proven that mj had vitiligo.
Shuttup Perez.
&
Little Blanket is soo adorable.
I thought the Kids were with JANET over the Holidays ?
wow that picture just shows how much they are faking it …. hes clearly not dead
Kudos to Katherine for allowing the kids to enjoy the Christmas Holiday. It's a known fact that Mormons don't celebrate Christmas….
Re: WMariah – Mormons and not the same as Jehovah's Witnesses, and YES, Mormons do celebrate Christmas. Jehovah's Witnesses do not.
Re: WMariah – Mormons are not the same as Jehovah's Witnesses. They are COMPLETELY different, though they are easily confused. And YES, Mormons DO celebrate Christmas. Jehovah's Witnesses do not.
I love these beautiful kids…I wish Michael were still here to give them the loving home that they used to enjoy. I realize that Michael had problems, but at least he loved those kids with all of his heart and tried his best to give them a happy life while he was here. However, I can respect Katherine's decision not to celebrate Christmas and applaud the nanny's decision to make the holiday special for the kids as it seems like it was celebrated with their Dad.
Those kids will always miss and remeber their Dad, but at least they do have people around them (whether they are blood related or not) who care about them and love them so much. I pray for their continued healing and wish them all the best this year.
Re: WMariah – They are not Mormon's. They are Jehovah's Witness. A little different. Jehovah's witnesses dont celebrate xmas
i am sure their dad had a hand is this and continues to be involved. BIGGEST HOAX IN HISTORY PEOPLE!!!
Why is this so odd to you? Katherine doesn't celebrate Christmas, the kids do. That's not odd… it's what happens pretty often in families where there's more than one faith in practice.
People are just looking for stories. Stalking their whereabouts isn't really helping their emotional state, I'm sure.
Its not odd Perez my cousin's mom is a Jehovah witness yet my cousin's still celebrate christmas just not with her. They don't believe in celebrating birthday either so when my cousin turn 15 her mom was not there at her 15th birthday (which is a big deal in spanish culture). Kinda sad now that I think about your birthday not even being celebrated. Anyways I wish these kids the best
Re: WMariah – She is not Mormon, and if you are going to dish on Mormons get your facts straight! They are DIFFERENT to Jehovah's Witnesses, they celebrate Christmas, easter and birthdays and New Years Eve if I need to throw that in.
I think Michael Jackson was probably such a good father. I liked the way he made sure that the kids were never exposed to the media. Now they have the media all over them – definitely going to need counseling. Poor kids and on a side note, they look so beautiful.
Re: dreamygrl – Yeah, his probably hiding out with Elvis. WTF?
you know perez… whatever katherine had decided to do you would have found fault.. if she had kept the children with her and not given them a christmas then that would have been wrong huh?
or even if she had decided to celebrate christmas with them you would have made some snide remark about that!
the truth is katherine has done an excellent job in keeping things as normal as possible for michaels children, she has put her own religious beliefs to one side and allowed her grandchildren to have a christmas as near to the ones they enjoyed with michael as much as possible…
why do you feel the need to report about this?
not happy with writing crap about MJ all these years, now you want to start on his mother and children also..
oh and who are you to say "lets hope they`re getting counseling" if anything they would need counseling from you and all the other haters out there if god forbid they ever go back and read the lies that have been posted on here about their beloved father… and the punchline from you and a typical mj hater is - "those poor kids" !!
well "those poor kids" need protecting from you and every other nasty,
uneducated hater on here!!!
I think they're so adorable! They seem like very normal kids and it seems Michael was an excellent father!
I am sure Michael Jackson's children spent
their Christmas Holidays with people who love
and respect their father, Michael Jackson.
I hope Prince, Paris, and Blanket had a wonderful time.
I'm sure they love their grandmother but it will never be the same for them without Michael.
It's got to be awful hard for them to grow up in a Jehovah Witness home now. I feel for them but hopefully the can enjoy a normal life with others like that.
Re: LisaRose – Do you have an issue with Witnesses?
Perez, the only person who needs counseling is YOU. Those are good kids. Good well adjusted, loved, smart kids who was raised by a wonderful father. Nothing is wrong with them being with their long time Nanny. She has been in their lives since they were born. FYI they were with their family for the holidays. It was Thanksgiving and they were with their uncle and cousins in Las Vegas at one time. Their cousin posted a video of it. They are always with their cousins and other members of their family so you and the rest of the dirt diggers should mind your own business.
Re: me0101 – "BIGGEST HOAX IN HISTORY PEOPLE!!!"
That has got to be one of the dumbest things I have ever heard. You obviously don't know the type of person Michael was at all. He would never hurt his family, fans, and most of all children like that by faking his death. That statement is absurd.
R.I.P Michael
Re: MJ ROCKS!!! – "oh and who are you to say "lets hope they`re getting counseling" if anything they would need counseling from you and all the other haters out there if god forbid they ever go back and read the lies that have been posted on here about their beloved father… and the punchline from you and a typical mj hater is - "those poor kids" !!
well "those poor kids" need protecting from you and every other nasty,

;) Kudo's to you for that one! Absolutely right!
Re: pradagirl7 – what do you mean "hard for them to grow up as a Jehovah'S witness?"? They are tge nicest caring loving people out there. People have strong oppinions about Jehovahs witnesses but only because they dont have there facts straight.
they are not mormans they are Jehovahs Witnesses. and they are totally different things. as i would know because i am one. Jehovahs Witnesses do not celebrate Xmas, birthdays, easter or any other pagan holiday. so ya wrong.
blanket is sooo cuteee.
Aww too bad. Umm don't you think you should've posted this like a month ago Perez?
the kids are doing great…and that is true they didnt spend the holidays with there family but people they considered family and they stayed there for weeks doing normal things…they even got to go out a few times. They were in amazing hands…the most comforting, loving family in the world.
I can't believe some JW come here to defend their "religion". I have been one myself in the past and I believe this is the most dangerous sect there is. All my family are JW, and it makes me so sad, they think not speaking to me because I am not a witness anymore is the right way to show me they love me. It's a rule in this religion. You can't talk to people who are not witnesses anymore..
On MJ's kids.
I'm relieved they had permission to celebrate christmas!
To all the witnesses here, read this : Crisis of Conscience by Raymond Franz. If this is really the truth, surely you're not afraid of reading this? If it's the only truth, this book shouldn't affect you at all.
God Bless!
The 2 older kids are quite attractive,I'll bet they are truly brother & sister. But the small one called Blanket is frightening. Part animal, part mongoloid, scary.
Jackson Kids and Jehovah's Witnesses NO Christmas-
The hypocrisy of this is that the kids will be subject to a life of "holier than thou" Jehovah's Witnesses religious nonsense.
Can't celebrate Thanksgiving on Thanksgiving, or Christmas on Christmas, but you can do it a week earlier or later.
Don't celebrate birthdays, but give your kids gifts on other days. The trouble is most of the kids never get anything.
This is NOT a kid-friendly religion. Yet the founder of Jehovah's Witnesses, Charles T. Russell, celebrated them all. Over the decades the Watchtower has amassed all kind of rules, drawn up by old men in Brooklyn. Rutherford, who changed the holiday ruling, was a drunk who didn't like children. The Watchtower prints books so the Witnesses can sell them door-to-door on Easter, Christmas, etc. and mock the "pagans" who were at home enjoying real family life.
Don't EVER let your family members get hoodwinked by this 19th century carnival religion.
Re: Amyrosie – is it dangerous because youre an apostate???everything you said is typical
Re: LuvMichael7 – im guessing you are an apostate as well?im sure i dont have to post the outlook as you already know. BUT lets make sure you get the facts straight (because we both know as, well why you say what you said
witnesses DO NOT go to door to door on holidays.why?RESPECT. No, its not a rule, but its unspoken.Respect for what? For others beliefs. Its not a kid friendly religion???How not? first off, what do presents have to do with religion, period?nothing. Second, if you grow up without easter, christmas, birthdays, etc…its normal for you. Your not missing out on anything. "Not all kids get presents" so did mommy and daddy never buy you presents and youre so materialistic you blame a religion for your mom and dad never tryin to buy your love? Get over it. if you dont like it, dont complain and write things that are untrue.Respect other's beliefs as others will respect yours. Bad mouthing a religion and offending others does nothing but prove your unitelligence, insecurity, and lack of respect. Maybe your mom and dad were too busy tryin to rid you of these ignorant attributes and forgot to buy you presents as a child.and yes holidays were celebrated by this religion until the 1960s. The reasoning?look upany holiday in an encyclopedia. My view? You feel betrayed and we both know the solution to your feelings are easily solvable
Who let the Jehovah's Witnesses troll out of it's cage?! sheesh!
Just like Scientology in their tactics and bad treatment of members.
Re: LuvMichael7 – btw all printing is free. you should know this
Re: LisaRose – MJ was a JW growing up as well. Even if he did end up celebrating holidays, im sure the kids were brought up and taught the aspects of the JW religion. Its probably not too hard with the kind of cash flow in that family.Im sure they get spoiled every day and not just one. And if i am wrong, atleast katherine respected the childrens views and allowed them to go else where to celebrate the holidays.
Re: smurfett21 – Who said I was a JW? Maybe Im just educated and not close minded
Re: smurfett21 – Whoever said i was a JW?Maybe Im educated on religions and open minded
If Michael Jackson's kids are recruited/converted to Jehovah's Witnesses it could mean high profile *publicity* for the Watchtower as the Children won't be celebrating Christmas won't be trick or treating at Halloween (which they have done this year too).
They won't be saluting the Flag in School celebrating Thanksgiving, their own or any one else's birthdays and if they have God forbid physical injury trauma that requires an emergency *whole blood* transfusion the Watchtower propaganda on bloodless surgeries won't save them.
They will also be forced to go door knocking with the Watchtower's false Gospel of Jesus return to power in 1914 and the Armageddon destruction of all 6 billion plus non-Jehovah's Witnesses.
JW recruiters & promoters be careful what you wish for.
All the best
###
Re: LuvMichael7 – a)injury and blood transfusions….theirs alternatives and blood fillers. this is not an issue. b) forced to go door knocking? no one if forced to "door knock". thats free will my friend. c) 1914 is not set in stone, my friend. no one knows when that will/has happened. d)you're wrong again.Who teaches every "non JW" doesnt make it through armageddon?Maybe thats your assumed thought, but the crazy thing is, no one has revelations figured out. Get your facts straight too
and im sure just like the others, you think you have a reason to be bitter. But like i said to the others, the solution to your bitterness is easily solvable
People are always going to talk crap about any religion. People hate to be told what is right and what is wrong. The gays hate God because he does not approve of them.
There is no need in trying to defend your religion. You can't change everyones mind. All you can do is try and educate people. Some will listen, most will not.
No, JWs are not Mormons. Mormons don't use the bible. JWs do.
I get told a lot by a drunk Catholic that JWs are wrong. Yeah, a drunk is telling me what's right and wrong. Ha!
Oh, I forgot one thing…
TEAM CONAN!!!!
The ordinary JW folk are probably salt of the Earth types but the top of their pyramid is another story all together.
Sorry!
But when a religion has to call itself 'The Truth' then they have definitely got something to hide…..a big fat Lie usually!
Google *Jehovah Witness Watchtower * for a million pages that expose their cult-like harmful practices.
70-80% of all kids raised in this cult LEAVE because it is so abusive.
Rest in Peace Michael.
Re: LuvMichael7 –
When is the last time you gave a salute to the flag? "One nation under God" we are not one nation under God. Most Americans do not believe in God. It is no longer required to salute the flag.
Oh, just so you know…. Blood transfusions don't guarantee life. It can actually make you sick and kill you. So next time you listen to that "donate blood" propaganda, educate yourself. Thanks to JWs there is new technology and methods to eliminate transfusions.
Jehovah’s Witnesses and blood transfusions is contradictory, they condemn blood but then go and USE‘fractions’,donated by thousands of Red Cross volunteers……..They use 60% of the blood volume as broken down “fractions” then go on Bible thumping rants about how dangerous and sinful blood transfusions are.
As a diversion they go and trump the advantages of bloodless surgeries and try to grab the credit for it when in fact bloodless techniques were pioneered by non-JW doctors because of the shortage of blood donors (like with all the JW’s who use blood fractions but don’t donate back)
They are such hypocrites!
Re: LuvMichael7 –
Just wondering… Where you part of that 70-80%? Just curious into why you hate JWs so much.
Oh and from personal experience, those 70-80% (not sure where you're getting these figures from) that left the religion was not from abuse. It was either they wanted to get drunk, have sex, do drugs, practice homosexuality, murder people in war. Maybe some were abused. I just know from people I grew up with, not one left the religion because of abuse.
Oh and what exactly makes JWs a cult? I mean I know what a cult is but I never understood why people see JWs as a cult. Just curious into how people view JWs. I really would like to know.
Re: DannyHaszard – Actually blood is blood no matter how it's broken down. JWs don't accept blood at all. Not sure where you get these "facts."
Oh and doctors who invented new technology for bloodless surgeries are not nor ever where JWs. JWs simply opened the eyes of many doctors by bringing this issue to light.
At least they had somewhere to celebrate, and at least thier grandmother allowed it. The whole family is pretty much jehovah, and they don't celebrate holidays and they are usually very very strict about it. So it is nice to see that arrangements were made so the kids could enjoy christmas after so many bad things happening to them
Perez you need to shut up and leave these kids alone. You are the one who needs counseling. How could you talk about someones kids like this? Do you have any morals or dignity?
Nothing wrong with them going somewhere they do celebrate Christmas. Sounds like grandma is letting them make their own choices about what they like and beleive in and there is nothing wrong with that.
The JW's are a cult, plain and simple. There are countless web sites talking about the cult and how peoples lives are destroyed by being part of it. Only idiot tweenies and drugged out college Politically correct morons think the JW's are something wholesome. Idiots like you are amazing!
CHRISTIAN BRANDO IS THE DADDY!!!!!!
Re: MJ fan59 – So where is the video posted?
blanket, paris and prince are all so cute, if any of they turn out to be like there father that will be a great shame. Such cute little kids, i wish them luck.
Re: pooopy – Yes I do. I feel it is a cult. Michael hated growing up not being able to celebrate his birthday and Christmas. It made him feel even more like a freak. You know he didn't want that for his kids. If Katherine truly lets the kids be who they are and accepts the fact that most of her kids aren't Witnesses than more power to her. A TRUE Witness tho would believe that Michael won't get to heaven and neither will any other non-Witness.
I feel so bad for Michael's kids, I'm happy to hear that they enjoyed their Christmas. Btw, I thought that Janet was going to spend the holiday with Michael's kids, I remember reading a post on this site saying that Janet was going to spend "thousands of dollars" on them for christmas.
Re: tincan – I put where it was posted yesterday and my comment was never posted so I guess "someone" doesn't want me to list my source since that "someone" never seems to give good sources related to their post.
they are a testament of MJs excellent parenting skills.
long live the king.
I am SOOO sick about all the comments of Michaels death being fake and a hoax. I am happy that they had a good Christmas….this Christmas was a big one, being that its the first without their father. Its crazy to thing MJ had his first Christmas only 16 years ago. His children are beautiful and they seem really sweet and I think the whole life they've experinced has made them grow up really quickly. Michael was probally the best and most dedicated father in the world and he did the best he could for them in the situation he always go stuck in with the press, paparazzi, rumours, tabloid stories, and media trash!! Michael will always have a huge place in my heart and so will his amazing family.
Re: Amyrosie – But Michael stopped being a JW in the '80s and his family NEVER stopped talking or staying in contact with him. His mom, dad, brothers, and sisters were right there next Michael in the 2005 trail and long before and after that!!
janet lives in NY they could have visted her…who knows but i'm glad they had a good christmas
Re: and_then_we_kiss – there is no reason to say this, does it matter leave the kid alone.
Re: Amyrosie – Re: iPETTYyou – i agree!
