Sources are reporting that Joe Giudice, the happy husband of table-flipping Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice, was involved in a car accident this morning and finds himself in trouble with not one, but two different police departments.
Early this morning, around 1:45 a.m., police are reported that Joe was in "a motor vehicle accident, and he was taken to the hospital. Officers believed he had a drink and he was then tested for alcohol and charged accordingly."
The accident, which finds him charged of driving under the influence, reckless driving, careless driving and failure to maintain lane, tipped off another Jersey police department. They immediately came after him for several outstanding warrants for a number of city ordinance violations. He finally got out of jail around 6 a.m. after posting $2,625 bail.

There is no excuse for drunk driving. I think the organizations associated with this fight need to stress that it is probably unsafe to do any driving even if you have had only 2 drugs. Especially with all the meds so many Americans are on today that don't mix with alcohol.

When I watched the episode of her flipping the table, I was concerned that he drove the car home that night after drinking with his wife and kids in the car - he has been popped for DUI before I believe AND 1:45 on a Wednesday night? alone? sorry, I think we are going to find out that he was with someone other than his wife…even more trouble for him
