The show was #1 this Thursday, beating all the other shit shown on cable TV. They averaged 3.6 million viewers and a 3.5 coverage rating with people 12-34, and were up 9% from the previous week.
But next week is the season finale! What will the world do without Snooki in their lives?!

I dont know why everyone is getting so crazy about this show. It's just a bunch of 20 something year olds going out, having fun and being crazy. That's what your 20's are for. At least they are not married, have kids and partying, so what is the big dea? It's just a reality show that people are taking so damn serious.
Poor Snooki just wants to get laid. You can't help but like her.
I couldn't be more excited about this shows success. It's the most horrific thing I've ever seen and I'm obsessed. I've even guido'd myself. It's wonderful. It reminds me of my own escapades; I can't get enough. I love snookis! who would have known she was the one to come out on top. And what the hell is Angelina doing in that picture? She's hardly part of th cast….things were sooo much better after she left. I hope she doesn't join next season! I heart Pauly D! Muah! Call me!
What will they do without them?? Perhaps grow back a brain cell or two!
NO IT WENT BY SOOOO FAST! i waited like forever to see the first episode of jersey shore when i watched the previews on mtv… and i haven't missed an episode yet… and now after thursday i'm going to be forced to live without it?!?! I can not believe that i ahave been watching this show in marathons. Its not that I think myself above it, or I am liking the show, but I am liking the people in the house. First off, Snooks is frickin cute as hell, and funny to look at listen to, and she has a heart of gold. Ronnie, while young and testosterone fueled is a sweet heart with a heart of gold. Sammi, while a little neurotic, is a decent person. DJ Pauly is just plain sexy, and The Situation is probably my least favorite- self-centered, and self-serving. Vinny is good people, and the big breasted girl while pretty is a bit of a player. All in all, aside from the fact the the dudes have smokin bodies, and the chicks are hot, they are not much diffferent than most twenty somethings. And Snooks, OMG, I would marry that chick in a New Jersey minute. And also, so far the depictions of their families and the way the house mates speak about their families show loving well adjusted twenty something kids trying to grow up and move on. I do not get the controversey. Much ado about nothing!!! Most twenty somethings from middle class families do a lot of soul searching before settling down. Give these kids a break!!!!

I am from the Bronx, and I grew up among folks like this bunch. They are delightful, in a goofy way. The show is a hit because so many can relate, and, say what you will, but these guys are entertaining.

ok, my 13 year old daughter and I are freakin' obsessed with this train wreck of a show, I used to spend summers in Seaside and my kids have been to the boardwalk on many occasions, my daughter gets excited to see the rides she's been on-she loves Snooki, I keep emphasizing though, if she ever acts like that chick, she's getting locked in the basement-and to the jerk with the guinea comments, I'd love to see Tony Soprano go crazy on your trashy ass
they need to get rid of that angelina bitch asap. she shouldnt be allowed to attend press events with them shes a quitter. what an ugly fuck face and the situation was right she needs to desperately lose 10lbs.

I dont like sam anymore because shes a shit starter and takes advantage of ronnies kindness. hes a good kid and deserves a real woman not a manipulative borderline obese girl. and well the situation is a jealous hater bitch, but they all make the show interesting.
What countries is this shown in besides the United States? Can anyone say if it is showing in their country already too? I love this show (I live in the US by the way). Snookers is so funny–I love how she talks. My favorite line from her is "She charged at me like a fu*kin' HIPPO!!" She needs her own spin off show. And of course, I love The Situation's body–I would lick him up and down (well, first I would check him for any communicable diseases!!) And Ronnie–he is so hot—that is the type of body I like!!
I will be visiting jersey shore this summer from LA that is my tourist destination this summer.
