Joe Jonas Ditches His Brothers!
Guess the Jonas Brothers are no more. Now, they all want to go solo!
Though he wouldn't come right out and say it, Joe Jonas has hinted that he is looking for a solo gig, much like his little brother Nick Jonas is involved in now. He admits that he is writing some new music, but wouldn't say if it was for the band or just himself.
We do know that while he might not be branching away from the Bros to do more music, he certainly will be trying to go off and do more movies. Joe explained:
"I'm looking forward to doing more acting. I know everybody says this, but I want to be able to do everything. I won't be satisfied until I'm ready to do every kind of role—from a villain to a comedian."
Strike while your iron is still hot, we say.
So, Kevin? What are you doing to keep yourself busy while your brothers plan their careers?

I don't think that Joe will begin a solo career. That's not something Joe would do tbh. That's more Nick's thing. At least that always was Nick's thing. Joe never made a secret about the fact that he wanted a career in acting. So a solo career makes no sense.

Joe should go into acting seriously and do a few musicals if he ever has the urge to sing. Nick will have a better singing career than him, he shouldnt go up against his bro, no point ! I love the JBs but they are SO easy to make fun of don't you think ?

I totally believe this one. Joe claimed he wanted his side project to be acting. As soon as Nick started singing and having some success, Joe decides he wants to do music and acting. Tells me he's jealous of his little brother's success. It seems it always has to be Joe front and center. Too bad Joe isn't really all that musical. He plays with musical instruments rather than playing them.

Joe actually is very musical. He helps write a lot of the music and he does play various instruments but sinces thats Nicks big JoBro thing Nick does it while Joe is the crazy frontman. I think he would do pretty amazing solo. More indie stuff than anything though. I'd like to see him with real acting ablitiy liek something that is difficult
Joe Jonas should have a solo career, he's the best looking, the most talented, and has the best personality. I want to stop vomiting from seeing Nick Jonas go solo and start drooling over Joe.

But yes Joe is NOT jealous, he's stated before he was going to try acting and such. Plus he is the best looking and most charismatic, so why shouldn't he have a solo career? And Nick's solo career isn't what I would consider a huge "success", but w/e.

He should. He can actually sing and PERFORM. Really when I first saw the Jonas Brothers his brothers really did'nt stand out, Nick's voice was annoying and Kevin is….Kevin. But Joe's actually got some genuine rock chops. He performs like a rockstar and has one hell of a set of pips on him. I'm not necressarly a Jonas fan (songs here and there but not of them entirely) but I follow the band cause from the start I've seen Joe as a potential talent to watch for. Yes he does'nt play as many instruments on stage. Bono nor Mick Jagger do and they're amazing talents. Not saying Joe's as good as them, just saying he does'nt have to be a log on stage like Nick and sing like a whiny younger Nick Carter. Idk if this will happen but IF it does it's gonna be way more interesting then this retarded Nick Jonas and The Administration shit. That kid needs to stop trying to be Bruce and Costello, he's not even half the performer they're. Ok. Rant over.
