According to the Enquirer, Andy Dick was spotted ordering a beer at Hollywood's Roger Room. And, of course, he was on his way to a strip club!

      A while back he was getting out of the cab my friends and I were about to get into. As he stumbled out of the cab he stole my friends milkshake out of his hands and spilled it all over himself. I think he was on something besides just alcohol. One of my favorite Hollywood moments
