Charlie Sheen's domestic violence case was supposed to take place in Aspen today, but the hearing has been rescheduled!
A source close Brooke Mueller says Sheen's wife had an emergency wisdom tooth removal earlier this week and was ordered by her doc to remain in bed for 72 hours!
Mueller's attorney offered for his client to appear via telephone, but the judge made it clear that both Charlie and Brooke need to be physically present for the hearing and rescheduled it for Friday.
…And that's the tooth!

get a wisdom tooth pulled and youre on bedrest? wtf i call bs. when i had mine taken out i had all 4 removed the same day and 6 hrs later was out drinking. so clearly if i had any responsibilities such as a court appearance i would have been able to do it

As andriiiiia says.. I also call bullshit. I have had them taken out and also have had dental implants put in.. and after resting a bit and waiting for the anesthesia to wear out.. I didnt go drinking but was working the next day and hanging out as usual. Double bullshit!!!!
Bullshiz! I had a wisdom removed and went back to work right after and she is on 72hr bed rest puleeeez. What sounds more real is that she went out on a bender had to much and couldn't get out of bed to make her court date.
I wonder if Brooke wants to be the next Nicole Simpson.
