Larry Rudolph, who is best known for discovering Britney Spears back in the day, is offering his talent managerial skills to a new "talent."

Grease-ball Pauly Delvecchio, aka Pauly D of The Jersey Shore has taken Larry on as his manager. With his new representation and an inflated, gelled back ego, Pauly D has been asking upwards of $7,000 per gig, whether it be deejaying or greasing pans with his head.

Still not as much as Snooki makes though!
