Michael Lohan's Ex Will Walk Free!

Michael Lohan must be pissed.

Michael's ex, Erin Fuller, allegedly kicked her then-boyfriend in the head last year, but the case has been dismissed.

Apparently, Lohan tried to stop Fuller from driving because she was too "drunk and high" and she lashed out, but a Nassau County Court judge didn't buy it.

And who could blame 'em?!

It's hard to know what really happened between those two.
