The liar claims that her new figure weighting 120 lbs down from 270, doesn't have anything to do with plastic surgery.

there's no way she's 120 lbs. i'm about 115 and i'm a fraction of her size. and there's no way in hell that she "snapped back" like that after having all those kids at once. maybe she lost the weight on her own (not too sure i believe that, either) but when you have that much excess skin, it's not going away unless you snip it off.
This is the last person I want to see in a bikini.. theres nothing "appealing" about her or her body.. I had one child and have tons of stretch marks.. theres no way she just "snapped back to the way her body was before"

I call bullshit! Where's all the excess skin from her stomach being so inflated? You can work out 7 days a week for hours and hours a day, and that will not "bounce back".

I had 3 kids and each one weighed around 9 - 9 1/2 pounds and I didn't develop any stretch marks with all 3 pregnancies. I also weighed 115 before getting pregnant and I am back to my pre-pregnancy weight with a flat stomach and no stretch marks. You get Stretch marks depending on how your genetic make-up is. My mother had 5 kids and weighs 120 pounds with a flat stomach and not a single stretch mark. You people need to stop hating on this woman. These comment are obviously from fat moms with fat stretched bellies that have stretch marks. If your going to stuff your face during your pregnancy and not exercise at all and let yourself go, you will have a disgusting body after pregnancy.

There are a ton of things wrong with this statement medically. For one, stretch marks don't "go away", you can't use creams to massage them away, even lasers can't take them away. They are SCARRING of the second layer of your skin. It's TORN skin, and it's below your top layer where topical won't work. Secondly, the skin stretched that far will NOT regain elasticity to that point - the skins composition will not allow it to ever come back to a bone hugging shape because it's completely torn the layers of skin and they do not form back together. Lastly, given how many children she had, she CANNOT have worked her abs in shape. Even in a single pregnancy, the ab muscles literally tear away from each other in the center. They don't go back on their own. Only an abdomnioplasty can fix all these problems. Removal of excess skin also removes scars and while they are in there, they suture up the ab walls to regain the shape of a regular set of abs. Honestly, the shape of the belly button means nothing as proof. A friend of mine's baby had a belly button infection dealing with the loss of the umbilical cord. The shape is determined on how/when you lose the umbilical cord. One son of mine has an "outtie" because he somehow ripped it off a few days early, but my other has a deeeeeeep innie because it stayed on longer.

No way Jose. I've had 3 c-sections, and once those muscles are cut (or whatever they're doing down there) it takes plastic surgery to get rid of the pouch. There is NO way that's her belly. My son is 12 now, and my pooch is still there (the other 2 were for different surgeries). I've even named it for God Sake - "my pooch". If you look real close you can almost see the surgical scars on Nadia.
