The liar claims that her new figure weighting 120 lbs down from 270, doesn't have anything to do with plastic surgery.
"No way, I would feel like I cheated," said Octomom. "I wanted to prove to myself that I can do it on my own, naturally. My friends call me Rubber Band because I always snapped back so quickly after my other kids!"

Most women have singletons can't look that "tight" even a year after birth. She's a fucking media whore liar.

Ok first and foremost, I have to tell you-when I was pregnant with BOTH of my children, I gained 100lbs each time. The first baby weighed 6lbs 11oz and I didn't get ONE stretch mark-and believe me, that weight was ALL in my belly. My second child was 9lbs 8oz and I only got TWO stretch marks from that 100lb weight gain. I went from 100lbs soaking wet to 200lbs at nine months pregnant. It DOES depend on your genetic makeup, how well you keep your skin lubricated, how fast you gain weight etc..so all you nay-sayers out there, unless you've been through huge weight gain (and I don't mean in your ass, face, legs, arms-but belly only) then you have nothing to compare it to.

I'm petite and needed a tummy tuck after my third pregnancy. Skin does go back that smooth once it is stretched and there is no way to erase the stretch marks. She has clearly had a tummy tuck!!! You can tell by her belly button and there are scars that you can see on her hips. She's an outright liar… but, what else do you expect from this poor excuse of a human being?

And if you look at the sides of her stomach there is a discoloration from a scar that is probably covered up with body make-up. Who does she think she's fooling? The mentally ill part I forgive, everyone has problems, but the selfishness and complete disregard for anyone's well-being except her own I cannot. If you were sane, of course, you might think of the consequences; i.e. 8 kids at once with no money and no husband, the additional stress added on to her parents, the fact that she already had SIX children whom she could not support. But she is not sane, and those children deserve better.
And we don't believe the part about her having friends either!

there is no way that she naturally lost all that weight that 8 kids would have made. Kate from jon and kate plus eight had a really disgusting stomach from having her 6. She most likely got plastic surgery really soon after having the 8 kids. And then did basic working out. I think she medically got rid of her stretch marks. I have one daugther and i still have a stomach and stretch marks. What a liar

Does no one remember a few months ago she kept going into the hospital, they said something to do with her uterus!!!! Well said it then and I will say it now, she went in for a tummy tuck, lipo and breasts. It is so obvious and this women is the worst liar ever, she even tried to say she has never had any facial operations, pregnancy changed her features, lol come on how many pregnant women or mothers do you know, and how many have their faces changed after pregnancy, other then a little weight gain but lips grew larger then her face, nose much slimmer… She hasn't admitted it before and she won't admit it this time around, she is completely addicted to plastic surgery. She most likely took most of the money for her kids and used it on her plastic surgery. So obvious look at her belly button, shows it is from tummy tuck, all the pictures of people I know that have had that surgery have the same looking belly button.

I had a c section with both my boys, and the scars are small and low.. but they are still there..
Even if she swears her skin snapped back after being 4X the size of a normal pregnancy belly, stretch marks don't become invisible. Ask any woman who's tried to get rid of hers. I too call bull shit.
