The low-budget horror flick smash, Paranormal Activity, is getting a sequel and it already has a release date! (Have they even shot the damn thing?)

The film, with a title still unknown, will release on October 22nd, just in time for Halloween!

Smart move!

      I cried during the first one I was so terrified! I also sat one row from the front due to a packed theatre but I can sit through a saw movie without flinching… this movie was scary pumped for the 2ND!!!!

      Who the hell determines what movies need a to have a part 2 ,I rented this movie and I get scared easily but this movie was complete shit .NOTHING was scary about it the whole movie was the most boring thing ever in life I'd rather have my wisdom teeth pulled again than watch this crap fest again . The only reason it made so much money in the first place is because it was so low budget and the studio made the movie seem like the best thing since white bread .That was why everyone flocked to see and the reason why they were leaving in the middle of the movie was they realized they just wasted 10 bucks to sit and watch some bitch knit and talk non stop .This is bull shit it will bomb the blair witch was 10 times better than this shit and that movie sucked too .

      The world can now be divided into two types of people:
      1) those who thought this movie SUCKED ASS (SnottyMomma5 called it Paranormal Stupidity, which is fucking BRILLIANT).
      2) those who actually liked this waste-of-money-and-time piece of crap.

      There was waaaaaay too much hype on the first movie! I felt ripped off. I might rent the second one, but no way pay money to see it again in the theatre.

      I thought the first one was pretty scary, but I don't watch a lot of scary movies so that may be why I liked it. I see most on here didn't. But its never a good idea to do a sequel to something that supposedly ends. Not good at all.

      I just watched this movie last night and I have to say it sucked big donkey balls. It wasn't even scary, and trust me I get scared real easily, so much so that after a scary movie I'll make my husband walk to the bathroom with me and turn on every light in the house, and this movie did nothing to me. I went to sleep right after without any problems. The only "good" part was when the chick got dragged out of the bedroom. That was it, everything else sucked about that movie. I'm glad I rented it than wasting almost $20 on movie tickets and money for drinks and popcorn and candy at the theater. I won't be seeing the sequel.

      this movie sucked! honestly the last thing I want to see is part two of this hot mess of a movie. I can understand the directer wanting us to feel like it was "real" but casting that beastly animal to look at for the hour and a half is just plenty for myself….and everyone else in america.
