Hey, ard-tard, I dont think its that they can't handle their liquor..I think it has more to do with them being responsible and not wanting young people to die of alcohol poisoning just to prove how stupid they are. Jackoff, pick a fucking side and stick with it, you are constantly flip-flopping and it is annoying as all hell.

      ILL DRINK TO THAT…

    3. 3

I think it's more to prevent the binge drinking in young people then anything. Bars COULD be sued if someone dies so it's only rational they do it.

yeah .. speaking from England .. its to stop binge drinking and young people buying acohol excessively. Brits can handle their drink just fine.

I think it's more the fact that Brits are known to get wrecked and since the age in England is 18 rather than 21 they need to be a little more strict . The only time riot police are ever used at away football games are when England is playing because Brits always get soo drunk and cause trouble. Stop bending the story Perez we can drink you under the table anyday.

ur an idiot perez. its to stop binge drinking. which is a good thing. its as if you want young people to die. i think you should take a long hard look at the crappy, hypocritical country that you live in before you judge others.

Wow…this from the same people who gave out free pints of ale for every pint of blood that was dontated during a blood drive?! Really?! How's that for irony?!

Doesn't surprise me at all. The UK is even bigger of a nanny state than the UK, but then again, the UK is a monarchy.

    14. 14

how will they ever enforce this? & do you really need a LAW to tell you not to do something that stupid.

    15. 15

er maybe its to stop the 13 year olds currently falling over and being sick in the streets making the city and town centres no-go zones

    16. 16

Urgh, greatt. The year I turn eighteen they do his :|
yeah how are they meant to enforce this anyways!

The british have been renowned for literally hundreds of years for being able to drink anyone under the table.
The drinking will continue - If you've ever been to an english pub, you'll know the drinking will continue. Us brits love our drink.
