California Supreme Court Strikes Down Marijuana Limits!

Good news, pot heads medicinal marijuana users!
The California Supreme Court ruled today that the state's limits on how much medical marijuana a patient can possess were unconstitutional.
The law that was originally passed back in 2003 that said patients could only have up to 8 ounces of dried marijuana and grow up to 6 mature or 12 immature plants.
But now medical marijuana users can possess as much as is "reasonably related to the patient's current medical needs."

Perez you are so funny. I love the cross out. I'm from Oregon and it is our biggest cash crop! It is everywhere. I don't like it, but it is no worse than alcohol. Let's just legalize it so there is less "crime" and then we can also get more tax revenue.
What`s so stupid about making pot illegal is it`s like making dandelions or corn illegal. I mean if you smoke ANY kind of plant you are going to get some kind of high, even some flowers that will mess you up 1000 times more than pot.

I was told to smoke a little when I had mild asthma attacks. Better than an inhaler, although I'm guessing too much has the opposite effect.

I should move to CA. They'll never legalize it in this state.
This is no joking matter, my 21 year old son lost much of his stomach to a medical condition. He was constantly in pain and weighed next to nothing.
Also was on numerous Rx meds with bad side affects including corticosteroids.
He started smoking Pot and to my amazement the pain reduced about 80%, he gained weight and is off all but 1 Rx. His quality of life is greatly improved. He does not sit around acting like a stoner, he is in college doing very well. Thank GOD for this herb, may it help someone elses child…

what's your problem with pot? It should be decriminalized as it puts many non-violent criminals in jail. For what a fucking joint, it's not like it's meth or coke. Sure It COULD be a stepping stone to harder drugs, but most times pot heads are pot heads. These "potsmokers" sit in jail for dealing or possession, while violent rapers, molesters, and armed robbers get out on parole or probation. Fuck that.
