As the Jets take one step closer to the Super Bowl, the team's owner, Woody Johnson, finally steps forward to say a few words about his daughter, Casey Johnson.

Woody has yet to speak out about the sudden death of his young daughter, but during practice this week, he told reporters that no matter the outcome of the team's season, nothing can replace what he has lost:

“One doesn’t help the other. Because the other is reality. There’s no way to bring her back. I wish I could change it, but I can’t.”

Very sad. Despite their differences, we can tell he misses her a lot.

Can we quit talking about this dead little pig? She was just some stupid, entitled, fame-whoring silver spoon baby who got in over her naive little head. She never amounted to any good, she probably spent more on drugs and stupid impulsive shit in a week than I made in half a year. No sympathy. Goodbye, hope you're rotting in hell.

Too little, way too late. All the money in the world can't salvage the fact that he squabbled with his daughter, diminished her, withheld money from her and most of all ignored her during her downward spiral — his daughter died feeling unloved. That's something he's going to have to take to his grave.
