After being hospitalized yesterday with a fever and infection, Brooke Mueller, Charlie Sheen's wife, was given a ton of antibiotics and the free pass to leave the ICU this morning.
Her lawyer says that she is going to be fine and now, is making final arrangements to travel to Aspen for the hearing to modify the protective order she has against Charlie on Friday.
