Xtina Lowers Price On Home AGAIN!

Times are tough!
Christina Aguilera has had her Hollywood Hills home on the market since April 2008 and has yet to have any luck. The four bedroom home was originally listed for $7.995 million, but reduced it to $6.995 million in October 2008.
And she's done it again! The home, which includes a theater room, stainless steel kitchen, pool, a 1,200-square-foot master bedroom suite and marble bathroom that includes a tub with a view, is now listed at a measly $6.25 million.
Any takers?!

I find it funny that Perez fails to mention that Christina won on the best dressed list for the golden globes and won best dressed @ the golden globes via Mtv's Buzzworthy! And he also doesnt mention that she will be performing friday for the Hope For Haiti Telethon!…..hmmmm Seems like Perez is intimitated by her….

I love that she finally got rid of the tired old Marilyn Monroe platinum hair, red lips makeup…that look is so overdone, and she's relied on that look for too long…so yesterday. So much more beautiful with this beautifully applied makeup and hair…very classy.
The dress is very pretty and she looked gorgeous along side the incomparable Cher. On plastic surgery, don't know if/what she had done, not that familiar with her face w/o her 'clown' makeup on.
It looks like the forehead is botoxed for sure.

Even the Marie Claire Photoshoot. He even critisized her for her look from her Greatest Hits to be like Gaga's in which its totally different etc… that's why sometimes I tend to agree or disagree with him when it comes to opinions because its so unfair, I hope Christina destroys Gaga & prove to her that she's better as an artist even w/o a piano hehe,

The fact is, California's, among other places, housing prices are grossly overinflated. Businesses and individuals are leaving Cali in droves. California continues to wage war on the few people that actually pay taxes there. Once again, Ahnold has come to the Federal Government seeking $20 billion for California. The rest of the country shouldn't have to pay for an illegal problem that Cali refuses to deal with nor should the rest of the US have to pay for entitlement programs utilized by Californians.
