This morning, news broke that Bristol Palin is after child support from her babydaddy Levi Johnston. Never one to miss an opportunity to be in the press, Levi had his lawyer quickly tell the press that he in fact offered Bristol money at one time, but she wouldn't take.
The story goes that Levi had the money readily available for Bristol to have, and suggested that she come to his place to pick them up. What he actually wanted was for her to bring their son, Tripp, so the three of them could spend some time together. Every time he invited her over, she never showed up.
When pressed for why he didn't simply mail the check to Bristol, Levi's attorney said, "Why should he have to do that. He's not dangerous to her."
True, plus he gets more press this way!

Sorry Perez, if there's a team to be on, I'm Team Levi. Bristol is being trained by her mother and the two of them are using every trick in the book. Levi is getting the ex-brother in law treatment. Does that make Levi a saint? Probably not, but if there is a guilty party here, the incredible odds are, it's Bristol and her mother. They are trying to paint Levi in a terrible light and I wouldn't be surprised if it is because he knows some things.

It's not up to Bristol to deliver his child to him to get the check!! If he wants to see his son, he should put his clothes on and go get him himself. And he should have been mailing checks to her all along, not holding onto it! He's such a douche! And what does this have to do with HER mother!! They were old enough to make a baby, it's up to them to handle this also.
Levi is doing the right thing. He offered the money and she didnt take it thats her bad! He just wants to see his kid. he is not a creep. She should be happy he wants to be involved! Sorry, but if Bristol is holding child visits hostage then she isn't entitled to child support. Support is worked out with visitation. And courts frown on parents that try to keep their kids away from the other parent. But of course a piece of new money trailer trash wouldn't know or care about the rules.

Levi is holding the child support payments for ransom and wants Bristol to act like a puppet for him because he is angry and is trying to control the situation like Bristol once did when she refused to let him see the baby right after they had broken up. I would be afraid to let him have the baby also since he has trashed the family publically. Let this go to family court and set up court ordered child support and visitation like every separated couple.
Mothers like that make it difficult for fathers who want to do the right thing and be in their children's lives. My husband's ex tried to claim child support in three states at the same time and when he only paid through one, she had the police sent to our house. Maybe she's related to the palins (not to say this levi guy is being up front, I think the whole bunch should really just be confined to a trailer park).
If this is true, he is the one in the wrong. SHE does not have to go to pick up the money-besides, a check is a record-CASH-no record. also, she has to spend time with him to get support money????? besides, we see more pics of him in CA. Reports say he was her best friend's boyfriend, and then Bristol took him away. She wanted to be with him. Only after the baby's debut did she turn up her nose and decide she no longer wanted her "fiance."
She should work and support her son. Levi should also pay child support, but Bristol has no right to try and bankrupt him. He's a young adult, too. She can ride all over the country on her mother's substantial coattails, but he will have to establish a home somewhere. But once he does, watch Bristol move to another state. She can drag out a court battle and switch venue on a whim. She is a manipulative, unwed mother who is blaming Levi for her own shame and poor decisions.
