Why is he dressing like he is a homeless tribute band to WHAM ?!
Billy Ray Cyrus took a walk yesterday with his pooch, sporting this questionable outfit, but an even more questionable tattoo.
Big and bold, his arm now reads "Lately" in a red heart. When asked what it meant, he revealed it was the name of his next album.
Ah, so the record label won't buy you any promotion in print so you decided to permanently remind yourself of your failures.

perez, for some one who runs a fashion based celeb website (cocoperez) you dont know much about fashion. first off, celebs, like every one, sometimes wear sweats while walking their dogs in the morning. duh. also, billy ray is wearing $250 free city sweats…it may look a bit dumpy to you, but his outfit is very expensive.
and pretty sure hes in control of mileys $ until she turns 18.

After the ridiculousachy breaky thing, he took his poor acting skills to that show "Doc." During that time he seemed to have grown-up and away from hsi country star persona and for some reason seemed quite likeable and real. Then, when this business with Miley blew -up, it seems his ego did as well. He changed and it is disgusting quite frankly. I was ultimately sickened when he appeared on the morning show a couple of years ago for an interview and was wearing dark sunglasses. First of all it the morning sow and second of all he's a dad on a kids t.v. program. Nothing wrong with starring on a children's show at all, but the sunglasses were certanily a put-off and an indicator that someone takes himself a bit too seriously. He is so ew now.
