Fox is rumored to begin negotiating with Conan O'Brien as soon as this week for a late-night show!
Fox's entertainment president Peter Reilly says of Conan, "He's one of the few guys on the planet who has demonstrated he can do one of these shows every night."
Fox is eager to enter the late-night arena as their last attempt was in 1993 with The Chevy Chase Show which was canceled after 4 weeks!
Other offers are expected to roll in for Conando pretty soon and a source says, "One things for sure. He won't do anything that is not a high-quality show."
Fox better present something pretty stellar or CoCo could be a no-go!
