British singer Joss Stone is said to be flabbergasted as to why her fellow countrymen and women in the UK don't seem to like her. She says:
"A lot of people in this country hate me. I seem to annoy people. I'm always on the worst-dressed lists and I just seem to get people very angry. When I went out on stage at the Brits two years ago, there was an outcry because people thought I was talking in an American accent.
"I'm the sort of person who deals with conflict head-on, but my record company just canceled all interviews and TV appearances because of the fuss. I still don't get what it's all about."

There are many who can't stand her, not just Brits.
Regardless of how she dresses, this girl has an amazing voice. I've always loved her. The Brits can be a bit particular about who they like and whatnot. It probably didn't help that she had that very public battle with her record company too on the last album. I love ya Joss….no one listens to Perez anyays anymore! Hahahaha!

I liked her first album. I think most brits did. It was lovely, her voice was great and it was all hippy and sweet. Then I think she said some stuff that sounded really full of herself or something.
I think i speak for everyone, not just the british, when I say people who are up their own arses are annoying and harfly even half as good as they give themselves credit for.

I think she's lovely, and she doesn't seem to do anything to push anyones buttons. I cannot think of one thing shes ever done or said that would make people dislike her. She seems like she'd be a sweetie.

coming from someone who knows her personally, people dont like her because she is not a good person, she is a selfish manipulative spoiled bitch, with a sense of entitlement that is second to none….just because you can sing a tune…doesn't give you the right to be loved…or even liked…you have to earn it…and on my watch…you havent earned shit…..here's some advice…be a better person and good things will happen…..maybe!!!!

She has an goodvoice but she was very overrated when she came out. Then when she started dying her hair in funky colors and dressing like a crazy ho she got annoying… then rumors spread that she gets on the casting couch with everyone, she turned disgusting.

I'm English and I like her but she's right, the Brits are irritated by her and do find her annoying.
I think her Chris Moyles interview a few years back didn't help. He said she was as mad as a box of frogs and that she had whined about how hard it was being famous and flying around the world all the time.
