Gagaloo's Bad Romance grabbed the record for logging the most weekly plays, tallying in at 10,859 plays two weeks ago. This past week, Ke$ha's smash TiK ToK established the new highpoint, totaling 11,224 plays in a single week!

Lady Gaga has the potential to be the next Madonna in terms of longevity and reinventing herself while Kesha is just another prefabricated, generic pop star who was given a bad girl image to be more "edgy", she brings absolutely nothing new to the table.

What do you mean those two aren't popular outside the USA? The majority of Gaga's releases have been international hits, and her album is still in the top ten in charts around the world a year and a half after its release. Ke$ha's latest single has also been #1 around the world. I don't even like her and I know that.

A lot of you people take everything too seriously. Yes we all know pop music is mostly crappy music but it's fun to listen to when you're having fun with your friends or getting ready for something. Kesha isn't a bad singer at all. She was on Flo Rider's "Right Round" and she's definitely a decent vocalist. Yeah, her song tik tok lacks substance and the lyrics are generic and lame but it's got a great beat and it's a fun song to dance to.
Also, Lady Gaga has a lot of talent. Anyone who says otherwise is just ignorant. She is a great vocalist, a good song-writer, and really creative and musically talented all around. Rihanna, Taylor Swift, Miley Cyrus lack talent and imo Beyonce is only marginally more talented than them but Lady Gaga brings it. I actually don't even like Gaga's brand of music (I mostly listen to Celtic and classical music) but I have a lot of respect for her.
