Tiger's Wife To Stand By Her Man?!
She's a better person than us. (Or perhaps the better word to use is stoopider!)
After having been reportedly spotted visiting her husband, Tiger Woods, in sex rehab last week, sources are now claiming that Elin is looking to call off her divorce from the golfer.
While no one in the world would blame her for dumping his ass after the endless parade of cheap whores he has slept with, apparently time away and spent with Tiger has healed some wounds, enough to make her reconsider ending their marriage.
However, nothing is set in stone just yet. Elin hasn't even filed for divorce papers, but she had looked into it. For now, it seems that the couple maybe fighting to keep the relationship or at least Tiger is. A source suggests that while Elin was visiting Tiger in rehab, " he's told her he's serious about making it work and doing whatever he can."
Sincere or deceitful? Should she really believe him?
Only time will tell, we suppose.

let's assume she actually loved him prior to this (they are married and have 2 young kids…) — the events were a huge game changer, but maybe she actually wants to make decisions from a rational, settled point of view —
also, she's key to his recovery — personal and professional — and, hey, it's not like they don't have a friggin' fortune — they don't actually have to spend any time together
– hope she's required him to be tested for everything under the sun, and that the testing goes on periodically for the next couple of years — even if he's clean, i'd make him soak it in bleach each night
All part of the game…if you recall he was going to give her more money if she stayed with him for two years and then divorced him…well this is just the first PR move towards that end.

A friend of mine had the opportunity to meet Tiger Woods in the locker room after a golf game. This man told Tiger how he was a fan of Tigers and he admired his sportsmanship and his game. My husband is a sex addict. We also have 2 young children together. I found out the same way Elin found out. The number of women my husband cheated on me with is enough to dump his ass right there and then and take all the money he has to tangibly appease the pain I felt. Like Tiger, my husband went to a sex rehab. Like Elin, I participated in it. And like Elin, I decided not to leave the relationship. Despite of the depravity of my husband's transgressions towards our family and despite the pain that seared inside me, I still love the person I knew still existed. And of course, the children. I wanted to give my children a few more years of a whole family together.
Sex addiction is real. Sometimes, I struggle with the thought of when is it really a sex addiction which interferes from one's values and when is it when a person really is just a douchebag, a sociopath really. In order to stay and make the relationship work, we both have to accept the reality of sex addiction in our lives.
I understand Elin. If I can speak with her today, I will tell her to brace herself. The aftermath after rehab is worse. It gets worse before its gets better. But it does gets better…very slowly. If Tiger is sincere with recovering, he will change organically but it takes a long time before it gets rooted inside him.
I know this. I am living it.

As an adultery survivor, I can say that it is possible to save, improve and strengthen the relationship. At times it was difficult (an understatement) but well worth the trial.

It is standard for the addict's spouse/partner to go to re-had so that the "professionals" can try to explain to Elin why Tiger did what he did. Again it is all about the addict. If Elin did go to Tiger's re-hab, it is because they told her it would help her understand why he did what he did. Press is trying to make more out of it than there is. Also, it is part of the 12 step that the person apologize to the other partner.
Looking for resolution & cooperation in counselling for their own and the kids sake doesn't mean they'll stay together. In my opinion, she's just signing up for more if she stays. That ship sailed a dozen or more iffy women ago.
