Brooke Mueller NOT In Rehab?!
Something fishy is going on here!
It has been reported that Charlie Sheen's wife, Brooke Mueller, is in a North Carolina rehab facility, but now her lawyer is denying the claims.
Brooke's attorney, Yale Galanter, says that Brooke is at the center convalescing from her pneumonia as it specializes in patients recovering from serious illnesses and that she is NOT in rehab.
Riiiiiight.
He revealed that Charlie and the help are taking care of the kiddies in El Lay and Brooke should be in the North Carolina non-rehab facility for a week.
If you have pneumonia, you probably shouldn't be traveling by plane so why not a place near home?!
Brooke might even travel next week to Aspen on February 8th in order to drop the protective order against her knife-wielding hubby.

why the runaround on this girl? it's not like she has a career to protect. i mean, has she ever done anything other than marry sheen? why can't they just come out and say, "she's a horrible crackhead, she's destroyed her body, she's in rehab and we hope she comes out better and gets her shit together." why all the fucking secrecy? she's not the fucking pope, for christ's sake.
Now, I read somewhere that she was given strict instructions from her doctors not to fly until all of the fluid was gone from her lungs. There was some doubt that she would be able to make her court date in Aspen. And now she is in North Carolina when central California would have probably been better for her health and certainly a safer distance from home. Hhhhmmmmmm….

I just read that she took a train from California to North Carolina. Now, according to Amtrak's website you can get from LA to North Carolina but not directly and it takes about 4-5 days. That being said, she flew to North Carolina. I bet it's rehab and their "lawyer" is trying to cover it up.
