Christina Milian Sued For Dog Attack!

Christina Milian needs to get a hold on her dog!

The singer has been sued by her 81-year-old neighbor after the man was brutally attacked by Milian's dog in 2008!!!

Not okay.

Leo Skolion was viciously attacked by the pup when he went to Milian's home to talk to Christina about fixing a gate between their homes that had been damaged due to "flooding problems."

According to the lawsuit, the dog escaped and bit a "huge chunk" out of his arm from behind!

The injury required 19 stitches and "9 months of rehabilitation", and Skolion is still undergoing psychiatric help for "fear and depression."

No kidding!

Christina's neighbor is suing the singer, her mother and sister (who share the home with Milian) for unspecified damages due to negligence.

Pay up!

That poor man! It's hard enough to deal with an injury of that sort when you are young so I can imagine the amount of pain and injury he has had with him being his age. Seems like they should have stepped up from the beginning and offered to pay his medical bills. When they have to sue you to get it….doesn't make your nice girl image look so good.

Just because Christina is being sued, doesn't mean she didn't "step up" to try to pay the man and resolve the issue. He probably wanted WAY MORE than he deserved for his injuries. When people become GREEDY and want you to pay for their psychatric bill….. that's when you say, "SO SUE ME!"

wow. first i was like why would you sue? Then I realised the US doesn't have free healthcare like in the UK. So sad. TBH she should just have to pay for medical bills and the dog should be assessed to see if it needs to be put down or not(if this hasn't been done already). Trying to get money for 'fear and depression' is a bit much. Like money is going to help you get over those things.

I bet he will try and call next time.

Re: JayRock – from the bottom of my heart, i was bitten under my left arm from behind by a pitbull. that was the scariest shit ever. i only have 2 months of rehab, but i completley understand the therapy. i'm only 24 though, thankfully he is still alive at his age with 12 stiches and a few months of rehab. i was told no stiches so humm
