K-Fat K-Fed claims his weight gain was caused by depression, NOT a pathetic ploy to get publicity and land a spot on Celebrity Fit Club: Boot Camp!
The Former Mr. Brit Brit says:
“Once you get depressed, you don’t really feel like doing anything. You’re kind of discouraged about yourself and then the weight gain too, or that makes me more depressed. I mean, it’s a combination of all of those things.”
If it were coming from a normal, well-adjusted person and not a fame-whoring douchebag, we would suppose it makes sense.
And what brought on this depression, you might ask?
"A number of things between, I mean, everybody knows what happened with me and Brit. I’m not going to say that’s the total cause of it but, I mean, just not being happy with myself was probably the main part of my depression.”
Uh…yeah. Makes more sense now. Being depressed because you effed up a lifetime meal ticket! That must have been a DEVASTATING loss.
Thankfully, K-Fed is feeling much better now that he has publicity and may want to produce another shiteous album more kids!

Hey Perez you said Kfeds comments could make sense if it came from a "normal, well adjusted" person. Thats part of the problem, people with depression are not "normal and well adjusted".
I have lived with severe depression for years and I still haven't figured it out. Our thought process doesn't work right and our emotions are out of control. I'm not a fan of Kfed but what he is saying is on target.

I'm with comment #6. The same this happened to me when I got divorced…however I didnt get a ton of money and never had access to the lime light and all the comes with it. It's never easy, but lets be honest he could have done something about it without celeb fit club.
I don't understand the hate towards this man..the women he left pregnant has publicly stated he is a great dad, Brittanys parents have stated he is a great dad, everyone seems to agree he puts the kids first. He has NEVER gone to the press like a cry baby like that mutant Jon Gosselin, he has Never held those kids as pawns in a fight for money or fame. he strikes me as a dad who loves his kids and wants the best for his exes, give the guy a break……

oh, y'all should leave him alone! there's many reason's for over eating. (as perez should know) it certainly could be depression. or lack of working (exercising). or the fact he's taking care two children (cookies, ice cream and other snacks around). every mother knows how hard that is! or it could be a combination of things. what's important is he's loosing the weight and geting back to looking "normal". you can't take away the fact he is a good father. he's always been there for them. i don't know why people criticize him for taking the boys to the park.
