I hope that once the "winners" are selected, you give them fair warning that any of their performances will be sparsely attended, and that hitching their wagon to your circus of bad karma is tantamount to career suicide. I also hope they do not become so disillusioned that they take a bus home to mother 2 weeks in (like Ida Maria).
