Nancy Kerrigan's Bro Not Permitted To Attend The Funeral
Poor Nancy Kerrigan. This must be really hard for her.
Tomorrow is her father's funeral and one family member who won't be attending to mourn his death is her brother Mark, who was charged with assault after his father Daniel died following their alleged violent altercation.
Mark was first arrested then sent to a psychiatric facility because officials believed he was a danger to himself. Having been committed, Mark will be unable to attend the funeral.
Maybe it's better that way. A lot better that way.

from news reports, the brother has been treated for PTSD after serving time in Iraq or Afghanistan.

this is just so awful. i can't imagine the pain this family is suffering through. i hope they can find some peace in the coming days and that the press can give them some respect and distance.
