Camila Alves' mother Multo Abrigado is said to be urging Matthew McConaughey to buckle down and marry her daughter!
"Camila's mother is very traditional," says a source. "And she's worried that since they are not married, Matthew could leave her daughter high and dry with two kids [Levi and Vida] if he falls out of love with her."
This is Hollywood…marriage doesn't stop a man OR woman from leaving in this town!
But Multo is insistent and pressuring her daughter to get Matthew to commit. According to the source she told Camila, "He wanted to you to carry his babies — he ought to take real responsibility."
Matthew isn't eager to claim an old ball and chain just yet. The source continues:
“It's caused a rift between them, and Matthew's kind of scratching his head over it. He told me, ‘It seems kind of cold, doesn't it?’ But he’s got to realize that when couples love each other, they usually get married.”

Matthew does not love this woman. She was just something to do until something better came along. It's surprising how few celebrities actually conceive and give birth to babies within the boundaries of marriage these days. I guess everything is cyclical. In 20 years it'll be the "in" thing to have children after marriage instead of before.
There's a bit of lack of character or a kind of seediness to a man who makes and accepts multiple babies but doesn't do it up right. It hurts some woman emotionally, and that's the mother of his children. Then again, maybe she doesn't want to marry him.

I think the mother should mind her own business! Camila got into the relationship, continues to stay in the relationship and have children in the relationship without that ring…if she didn't like it she should've got out a LONG time ago…preferably before the children were even a thought.

Obviously there is some form of a "commitment", or he wouldn't have stuck around this long. They might have decided long ago that they both wanted children, but were not interested in marriage. Either way, I don't see how it is anybody's business. There is commitment ouside the preordained religious world that may or may not include a sheet of paper, that is only meant to resolve everyone else's peace. Their reasons are none of your business and speaking about it like you actually have a clue just makes you sound ignorant.

Camila is from Brazil and no matter how much money you have the mother always wins custody. There are 70 other children in Brazil that are not allowed any contact with their American parents. The only reason David Goldman was lucky to get his son back after 5 1/2 years is because his wife passed away. Then
he had to fight a stepfather and for almost 2 years. Brazil is a safe haven for International Child Abduction. If he was smart he would marry her because he loves her and to protect his fathers rights to his children.
