Samantha Harris Leaving DWTS!
Samantha Harris will not be returning to Dancing With the Stars when it enters its 10th season in March!
“[DWTS] could not have been more of a dream job,” she said. “I loved every single second of it and I’ve made lifelong friends at the show.”
Harris decided to leave in order to focus on her correspondent duties at The Insider and Entertainment Tonight Weekend.
“I interned at Entertainment Tonight 15 years ago, the summer after my sophomore year at Northwestern and I dreamed of working in the same space as hosts Mary Hart and Mark Steines and now I’m living that dream,” she divulged.
Mary Hart?! Really?!
“I’m going to miss Samantha. We had a nice rapport off-camera and on,” said Samantha's cohost, Tom Bergeron. “I could see that her workload was picking up on The Insider and then she started doing Entertainment Tonight Weekend. As somebody who’s been known to juggle a few jobs myself, I know that that can pull you in eight different directions.”
But he's got an ulterior motive!
“I’ve been known to try to twist arms behind the scenes,” he continued. “I’m hoping this frees her up for us to have her as a contestant.”
It would be a triumphant return! Lots of luck in the meantime!

This girl's laugh was annoying too. I feel badly that I don't like her, but I would always change the channel as soon as she came on the air.
Have you ever heard some of the things she's asked the contestants? She had the most ridicules questions! She did a horrible job, sorry…but, it was just bad, I was embarrassed for her! She should watch her tapes and learn from them. This may just not of been the best fit for her, maybe these other jobs will be better for her.
