D.A.'s Office Ready To Send Jackson Doctor Behind Bars!

The D.A.'s office has met and are planning on filing a criminal case against Dr. Conrad Murray, the quack who supplied Michael Jackson with an entire pharmacy's worth of painkillers in one sitting.
The LAPD is yet to present the case to the Deputy District Attorney David Walgreen, but the lawyer has been working closely with detectives and is extremely familiar of the investigation and has already briefed everyone in the D.A.'s office.
Sounds like everyone is doing everything they can to make sure this douche doesn't walk! Good RIDDANCE!

I agree with "Bring it". MJ was addicted to Pain Killers among other things. For this man to spend the rest of his life in jail is insane. MJ died partially because of this man being his supplier but also partially by his own hand and choices. What about Heath Ledger's doctor who prescribed him all of his sleeping drugs etc., what about the doctor of Anna Nicole -"accidental overdoses". You prosecute one doctor you should prosecute them all. They are making an example of out this doctor soley because of MJ's status.
Finally, this Doctor Death Murray should either go to jail;
or, Murray should be made to take all the medications he prescribed to Michael Jackson, while we talk on the telephone.

Dr. Death Murray should be put in jail; or Murray should be administered, in the same manner, all the medications he administered to Michael Jackson. Meanwhile, we can all
go to the bathroom, watch a while, and then talk on the
telephone. If we notice Murray has stopped breathing, we should, while continuing to talk on the telephone, administer CPR as he is lying on the bed. We shoud do this for about 45 minutes . If none of that helps him, we should scream out the name of his first born son. If Murray dies, we should then all go missing.

Dr. Murray is the 'doctor' who supplied the meds. It is 100% his fault. If no doctors would have given MJ the drugs then he would be alive. MJ could have gotten help if one of his doctors had spoke up instead of drugging him. All Murray had to do was say NO, but that wouldn't pay for his child support would it?
Like I said before. For Murray's sake I hope they put him in solitary confinement. Just saying..

Totally false.. Michael literraly passed away at the hands of this "Dr." Contrary to what the media is telling you, Michael had no addiction at this time. He had a sleep problem and had a dependency on a med. that helped him sleep. Totally different. As a "Dr." it was Murray's job to keep his patient safe and administering a very deadly drug outside of a hospital setting without the proper backup in case of an emergency is what put him in hot water. Well actually what really put him in hot water is the fact that his negligence caused the life of his patient. Writing prescriptions and someone overdosing off of those prescriptions that you wrote is totally different from a "Dr." (Murray) actually administering something to you that caused your death.
Re: Cherubim – What you brought up still puzzles me to this day… Why in the world would a Dr. give his patient CPR on a damn bed?? then why in the world would a Dr. let alone anyone call up the son of the person who just passed away so they can see their father just laying their?? Alot of things about that day doesn't add up. It is pretty much known that Michael passed away long before the time Murray had 911 called. He says he went to the bathroom, came back and Michael was gone. How many hours was he in the bathroom? and while he was in the bathroom is that when he was making those calls that were placed to his workers and apparently his babies momma?? He was trying to cover up what he knew was wrong. He is the reason why Michael passed and when he should have been calling 911 alot sooner, he was too busy trying to cover his behind.

I could go on and on about why what you said is false but I'm a little tired of of bringing up information about cases that were as clear as day just plots for monetary gain and also has lots of detailed information out there that shows it was just that.
its not his fault he shouldn't go to prison for murder, if anything he should just go down for supplying them, but not murder! micheal wanted the drugs and pestered and pestered for them, and the doctor i imagine would have refused if micheal was pestering for them and asking other doctors for them and getting them under different names etc. but at the end of the day micheal was paying him money to do his job and he would have felt pressured to do what mj wanted! in a way micheal killed himself and someone elses life should not be ruined just because micheal wanted to ruin his own

Sorry but his death was eventual the way he was going - whether it be by his own hands and injecting himself or having someone else do it. I do believe that and I'm entitled to my opinion like you are yours. I'm not here to argue w/ anyone but MJ is NOT the first celebrity to be over prescribed meds by doctors. DR Murray is just the first to be prosecuted again because of MJ's status. Bank of that! He'll go to prison forever… I don't doubt that. My point is - he's not the only one responsible.

Is it such a bad thing to make an example out of this man? These leeches calling themselves legitimate doctors have been fueling addiction and killing celebrities left and right for their own greed and blood money. This is an opportunity to make this a public issue and start stripping away the licenses and rights of these monsters, just as their victims have taken the lives of people who should be alive right now. Just because someone is an addict doesn't mean they deserve to die, or that they should have doctors supply them when they know precisely what it's being used for when it is unnecessary and dangerous. This man is a criminal and deserves to be in jail, as do the other perpetrators of this madness killing Tinseltown.
Michael was a pedophile and a DRUG ADDICT. He hired Murray just so he would supply him with drugs for his 20year prescription drug problem. Michael killed Michael. The END.

Of course you are and I have the right to reply to your opinions and that's why we are given that option. Michael was human. With that being said in the past Michael did turn to prescription medicine to cope with the emotional and physical pain that he endured. Had Murray not tried to help Michael with his insomnia your correct he probably would have gone to someone else, but perhaps that Dr. would have upheld the oath. The point of the matter is that Murray committed a crime as a doctor who took an oath to protect his patients and he failed miserably. I don't care if Michael was on his knees night after night begging for relief from his insomnia. Murry's judgement as an M.D. went out the window when thinking about doller signs. People say Michael's passing was his fault because he knew the risk. I say that's bologna because the risk he was taking in the privacy of his own home would have been the same risk that he would have been taking had he been treated correctly in a hospital. A lady on the news I saw passed away after having a brazillian butt surgery but she knew the risk so it was partially her fault why she died?.. she asked for it, right? You take an oath, you mess up, the mess up equals the life of another, then it's your fault.
