Jay Leno discussed Jimmy Kimmel's HIGHlarious 10 @ 10 segment on The Jay Leno Show to Oprah Winfrey and said that he was "sucker-punched" by Jimmy's harsh (but true!) comments about the late-night debacle.

Well Jimmy decided to tell his side of the story about the 10 @ 10 in his monologue, calling Jay a "tattletale" for telling on him to Oprah of all people!

      You aren't sucker punched if it's True. Jay always tries to pretend that he doesnt' know anything and that all these things just fall into his lap. NOBODY gets anything in Hollywood unless their willing to lie cheat and steal to get it. The sad thing about Jay is that he actually thinks he has people fooled.

      I love Jimmy Kimmel but he was a rude asshole on Jay Lenos show. I'm sure Jimmy KImmel wanted to be up against Conan with weaker ratings than Leno's stellar ratings. I didnt want Conan off the air but I do think this is a business after all and Conan will get his own show.

      Truth is regardless of how popular each guys show is………………..
      Jimmy Kimmel is more of a comedian than Jay Leno ever dreams, wishes, prays or begs to be. Jay Leno caters to middle age over the hill boring housewife's and half asleep working stiffs.
      Just ask Howard Stern or Rosie O'donnell what kind of guy Jay really is!

      jimmy fallon could only hope to be as funny as jay leno. that's why jay is on primetime and fallon is not. fallon is immature for saying leno needed to address the nbc conflict. its the jay leno show, come on the show and don't act like a douche just bc the nbc drama doesn't involve you and you're not the one getting all the money. drop the attitude, you'll never be as funny as jay or conan so just stick to your 12:30 slot!

      Jay Leno isn't even funny, I honestly don't understand WHY they rewarded his shitty ratings with his late night show back. I think we should all go and pour sugar in all of Jay's cars gas tanks then plant hidden cameras all over - kind of like a punkd deal but real - THAT I would find funny.

      Everytime I come home from work Jimmy kimmel show is on, and is not that bad, I actually had laugh considering the fact that I barely laugh to anything on t..v unless it's really funny.

      I agree with you 100%. I did TRY and watch Conan, but I just didn't find him funny or entertaining. To me, he acted like an idiot…but, I wish him well! As for Kimmel, I don't watch him because I'm usually passed out, nor will I watch after seeing how childish he's been acting.

      Bah, sour grapes on all their parts. The guys below are always gunning for the guy on the top, and Jay has enjoyed preferred status for many years now much to their dismay. They all forget how Jay was unceremoniously dumped a handful of years ago, and now someone else wants him back. Jay has no extra special powers apart from the fact that his comedy is intelligent, sharp and always in good taste thus not necessitating armies of lawyers to vet it.
