Kurt Gets A Boyfriend!

Glee creator Ryan Murphy has announced that the adorable Chris Colfer's character will be getting an "out and proud" boyfriend for the second season of the hit show!
They're casting a "male Mercedes" to pair up with the fashionable Kurt in addition to looking for a "sort of Eve Harrington [from All About Eve] to kind of steal Rachel's [played by Lea Michele] thunder a little" and "an R&B singing teen" who could be a potential love interest for actress Amber Riley's Mercedes character.
Glee is coming back on April 13.
We can't wait to see how the plot thickens!

Trust in them, people! This is my favorite first-season show, and I'm sure Ryan Murphy has learned a thing or 2 in the 7 years of Nip Tuck, which has seen pretty much every possible plotline possible. This show is a must-watch, whether or not Kurt gets a bf, or Mercedes finds a man!

I like how in so many different shows they try to hit two birds with one stone by having the gay character also be in an inter-racial relationship. Notice how a leading character never does that, always someone who's already carrying the minority torch.

I like the show for the singing, yes it is an 'off' time show, hard to describe, with all the unreality stuff happening…almost like a night time soap…. BUT, it is almost getting tooo much, trying to hit all politically correct avenues at once. Next up, the muslim/jew/atheist hermaphite who has the problem of telling his/her parents he/she asked himself/herself to the prom. Just who will lead? will he/she care if pork is served? will a musical come out of the whole thing?

I would like to see someone on the show steal the overrated Lea Michele's thunder. They try to portray her as the best singer, which technically she is when compared to the others, but her voice is too Disney princess for me.
