Mama Jackson Thinks Joe Should Get Some Of Michael's $$$
Really???
Katherine Jackson, mother of Michael, is somewhat supporting her estranged husband, Joe Jackson, in his battle to acquire some of the pop superstar's fortune.
Last week the administrators for Jackson's estate, John Branca and John McClain refused Jackson's request because according to the will, Jackson isn't the beneficiary of his son's estate and has no legal claim to the money. Shady Shady!
Joe has been permitted to argue his case before a judge on May 10th.
But Mama Jackson's lawyer, Adam Streisand, says,
"Katherine supports Joe receiving some type of allowance, we just don't how much is appropriate."
Hmm. Interesting choice of words. Frankly, we think fighting lawyers for an allowance from your deceased son's will is just downright sad.
If Joe isn't written in, there may be a perfectly good explanation for it: MJ didn't want his dad near his money!!

His father is one of the main reasons Michael was the way he was, so he has no right to any of his money. Michael said many times that he was afraid of his father. So…no, he deserves NOTHING.

He has a right to contest it, but doesn't mean he will get a damn cent. why he could not save a damn cent of 30k or for that matter his mother could not save a damn cent all those years. I could not stand michael jackson and believed he did alot of what he was accused of, but that said, he was in alot of financial trouble and still gave his parents money despite being sued and stiffing people all over. You would think they would have tried to save a bit of it each month. They must be more delusional than michael ever was, thinking no matter was, the money flow would always come, even though for YEARS michael said he would die young. shame on both of them. he left 3 young children. whatever money is there must be allocated to trusts for the 3 first.

Joe and Katherine each had a key part in all of their success. It's not only Michael but the other kids as well who should honor their mother and their father here. Their senior parents keep, if needed, should be supplemented and shared proportionate to how much each can afford. You don't kick your senior citizen parents to the curb.

I feel like the media has been butting into the families "problems" for years and their issues or lack there of should remain within the family. Michael and other members of the family had and still have their problems with Joseph but what families don't have problems? Michael loved his father and though he had trouble understanding his father (he has said this many times) he still respected and loved him. Whether Joseph should get money is up to the courts. Do I feel Joseph made mistakes? Yes, I do. Do I think that he was trying to do better by his family, Michael especially? Yes, I do. Michael could have been helping to support his father and maybe he wasn't. Michael didn't include him in his will but then again there was no clause saying "I don't want Joseph to get anything from anybody." Michael and Joseph's relationship got stronger throughout the years. Who was it that Michael wanted at his side when in meetings with AEG and co. regarding his concert and negotiations? Yeah that's right it was Joseph. If he didn't love his father he wouldn't have wanted him around, period. Also maybe not putting his father in his will was just tough love. His father was always about business when he was their manager and money wasn't even a factor to Michael. I think it's disgusting that he is trying to milk money from Michael, Michael even said when he was alive that Joe wasn't the best type of role model growing up, I recall from the Martin Bashire interview he used to hit him and his brothers with a belt, so why would Michael leave/want any money going to Joe, Michael earnt all that money himself, Joe didn't earn it for him, so he is not entitled to any of it, the only people that are entitled to his money are his children. I'd say Janet should have some but, she earns her own money and has her own rightful fortune, he even drove her to go away and make an album without his help, she and Michael got to where they are today by their own way of live, Joe should not get an absolute penny of his fortune, and I think it's disgusting that Joe is even going after it, least of all getting the media involved in his "Journey to steal my sons millions" game he's got going on, he should be ashamed of himself. Sounds like momma Jackson will do anything to stand by her man thru thick or thin. She is a religious woman and feels her place is to stand next to her husband no matter what. Joe is a bully and she apparently does not want to deal with him. She probably wants him out of her hair and wants him back in Vegas away from her and Michael's kids so to her no price is to small to pay to make him happy and have him move on. I don't feel he deserves anything but if it gives piece to Katherine and the grandkids then maybe it would be worth it to shut him up and get him as far away from the kids as possible. I just hope that the bio mom ( Debbie Rowe ) is keeping a close eye on Joe being around those kids. My understanding his role in their lives is suppose to be limited. If Janet Jackson's net worth is 150 million (before the plunge), that's 4.5 million a year in interest alone without working at all, estimating, say, a measly 3% rate of return. She couldn't set up an income trust for her Dad that would revert back to her after he passes, that gives him 15 thousand a month? He won't be around long. Not to mention the others.
