Looks like Chris Brown may have destroyed both of their careers!

One personal violation just wasn't enough!

It seems neither Rihanna or Chris has been able to "comeback" with their new albums.

To date, RiRi has only sold 571,733 copies of her newest disc Rated-R. Meanwhile, Chris has done far WORSE, only pushing 258,184 copies of Graffiti.

      Rihanna's last album, Good Girl Gone Bad, was excellent ! This new album was too rushed and NOTHING like her last one. People were expecting it to be at least a lil like her last one and it's not at all. She will be just fine, just needs the right producers/song writers for her next album and it'll be a hit.

      Rihanna's album is still selling. Her single Hard is in the top 10 of the billboard hot 100. I predict it will get a best album nom at next years grammy's. It is the best album of this year by a long shot. When I first heard it I wasn't sure I liked it but it is a grower. Now I LOVE it. They have been playing it at the Winter X Games on ESPN. It has rocker fabulous. Chris forget it. His album sucks.

That's not taking account worlwide sales, which right now stand at 1.5 million. It's gone platinum in the US, and gold and/or platinum in the UK, France, Germany, and Australia. The problem is that Rihanna went through such a drastic change of style since Good Girl Gone Bad, she used to be cute and fun and her songs were great pop songs, but now she's just so dark and her songs are very depressing. She's too busy trying to prove that she's all grown up, she completely forgot what made her such a huge pop star.

      Just give it a minute. She went out on a limb by doing a dark ballad as the first single. Her next single is "Rude Boy" which is more upbeat and a fun song. So in about a couple weeks after the single is released it should be doing better than it is right now. Plus she has three more singles to release after that "Firebomb", "Photographs", "Cold Case Love" and "Te Amo" all of which are good songs. Also, she's going on tour in April which will be a worldwide tour so there will be more albums to sell…She can only get bigger. Besides, her tour is selling spectacularly in Europe right now. Get your facts straight. Also, it's really hard to sell a million albums these days and Rated R is more of an album you would appreciate in it's full form rather than just hit singles like other current artists. Give the girl a break! Her album is doing well on the international level and has been selling a consistent amount for two months! And like I said before, she's only 34,000 copies behind The Fame Monster which in reality is about a weeks worth of album sales. Plus with "Rude Boy" coming out i'm sure Rated R will just back into the top ten for sure. It's currently at #15 on the Billboard 200.
