GOOP Strikes Down Another Victim: Paul McCartney
Ugh! Not more POOP!
Gwyneth Paltrow, possibly the most obnoxious person currently alive, has apparently convinced Sir Paul McCartney to contribute to the exercise in narcissism weekly newsletter, GOOP, which claims to 'nourish the inner douchebag aspect.'
McCartney, who is a vegetarian, will write about his meat-free Monday campaign, in which he promotes giving up meat for one day a week.
"All it means is that you have to think a bit about what you'll eat that day but, in actual fact, far from being a chore, it's a fun challenge."
All right Paul, that's reasonable enough, but come on! We know Gwyneth thinks she's better than everyone and everything, but don't indulge her!! This will only make you lose participants in your campaign!

Suggestions for delicious meals without meat:
Pasta with tomato, mushroom, garlic, olive oil sauce
Omelets with cheese and green, red peppers, mushrooms
Chili without carne, replace it with tofu served with broccoli or spinach
Basmati rice with 3-4 vegetables, olive oil
A beautiful salad with 5-6 vegetables, hard boiled eggs, cheese
For other suggestions, use your imagination ! I admire Paul more for his vegetarianism than for his music, which is saying I admire him a lot !
