Dr. Conrad Murray, who is currently being investigated for providing Michael Jackson with the drugs that caused his death, is now in Los Angeles and plans to cooperate with the D.A.'s office and LAPD as they charge him this week with Involuntary Manslaughter.

May justice be served!

      such a fuzzy, mixed up case. while this man should have NEVER given the propanal in a household environment, aeg would have had some dr. do it since it was what michael wanted, and michael always got what he wanted and had it before. since mj had so many other drugs in his body, the dr. was merely an acceassary to murder. You will need 12 devout mj fans on a jury for him to serve hard time

      people need to stop trying to point the finger. MJ wanted to take the drugs he did it to himself. that doctor didnt kill him he killed himself.

      Honestly, some of these comments are twisted and sad. Regardless of a person's personal problems, no one needs a lethal dose of anything administered while they are unconscious, nonetheless anesthetics outside of a hospital. This man took a Hippocratic Oath and clearly didn't care about his patient nor did he know what he was doing. He gave drugs to someone for a situation that didn't warrant it, he knew it was a problem (and the drug that killed Michael was Propofol, not other drugs), he administered anyway, he left the patient hooked up to an IV while he went out and made phone calls - which you NEVER leave a patient unattended on anesthetics, he didn't give him CPR correctly, then he called in Michael's son to witness him giving CPR just like he told the people in the ambulance to keep pumping even though he'd been dead the whole time. This is absolutely beyond criminal. If it was anyone else that was the victim, people would show a little more empathy and pass a little less judgment. Michael Jackson was a human being like anyone else and didn't deserve this nor does any patient. It's time these leeches stop killing celebrities and writing prescriptions for blood money. Throw the book at him and set an example.

      Is Dr. Murray is guilty or not? Definitely the Court will decide it but I don’t believe it. My intuition tells that Dr. Murray was worried much more as Michael was his patience. We always believe that physician is next to the God.

      Re: fridaysgone – Regardless of what Michael wanted,it was up to this "doctor" to say no! By him giving in to Michael,he killed him! I don't care what ANYONE wants,if it's dangerous,just say NO! But…I guess this "doctor" was more concerned with the money he got,instead of the dangeousness of his actions! To say Michael killed himself is just stupid. Murray is the one who gave in and injected that shit into Michael's veins. So,yeah,he's guilty!

      There are more people behind MJ's death. They never wanted him to have a comeback after the HIStory album. Hate to say it, but MJ should not have become political. They ruined his life.
