Rip Torn Ordered To Rehab!!

We could have told you this was going to happen! Off to rehab he goes!!
Actor Rip Torn, who has been in jail since Friday night for drunkenly attempting to rob a bank, was arraigned yesterday in a Connecticut court for a laundry list of charges, including burglary, trespassing, carrying a firearm while intoxicated and carrying a weapon without a permit!!!
The Dodgeball actor posted his $100,000 bail and as a condition of his release must go to rehab for alcohol abuse. His next court date will be February 17th.
He seriously had to have been PLASTERED to think robbing a bank with a loaded gun was a good idea! Let's hope he gets the help he clearly needs!!

He thought he was locked out of his house - he wasn't breaking into a bank. If you google for a photo of the "bank," it is in an old house with a front door and a couple of windows.
I already knew that. In fact I had known since your last post about him still being in jail…you're always so late it's not even funny anymore and i feel stupid telling this because It's like that for every post.

i was going to say what Re: crazygravy – said! he was so wasted that he thought he was at home taking off his hat and boots. he had no idea why the police were taking him out of his "home" and repeatedly asked them. you are SOOO one sided!!
