Pete Andre Breaks Down During Interview!!
We may have given him a hard time in the past, but this is absolutely heartbreaking!!!
Peter Andre appeared on Sky News today to promote his new album, and of course - in light of his disgusting ex-wife Jordan Katie Price's marriage to drag queen/cage fighter/Big Brother winner Alex Reid last night in the most elegant ceremony Las Vegas has ever seen - the interview derailed in quite an unexpected way.
When asked about the wedding, Pete kept it classy and said:
"You know what I'm going to celebrate tonight? I'm gonna go home, I'm gonna cook my kids a nice meal, and I couldn't care less. And I'm so sorry, I'm not being bitter. I understand I have to be asked these questions…that's why I don't complain about it, but the bottom line is I know what I focus my attention on and what I don't focus my attention on. Sure, if I wasn't working so much, I'd probably have a lot of time on my hands to think about a lot of things, but the great thing is because I'm working…but I'm grateful for that because it takes my mind off of everything."
However, when the interview steered toward comments made about Pete's role in Price's first child Harvey's life by his biological deadbeat dad, Andre gets clearly flustered and angry.
"I asked to adopt him because I love him, I didn't ask to adopt him to be disrespectful. When you love a child…he's in my life, he calls me dad. I never said I'm his father, but I'm so proud to have him in my life. And it angers me…it angers me when people turn around…when I get a comment like that. Why is that disrespectful because I ask to look after someone's child? I thought that was a good thing, I thought that's what we're supposed to do in this world. I don't understand that."
Finally, when it's suggested that Reid may want to adopt the children Jordan had with Andre, he BREAKS DOWN INTO TEARS and stops the interview.
Poor thing!! It's clear that he has been completely blindsided and, despite whether or not he was being a fameWHORE in the past or just following Jordan's lead, he loves those kids and is obviously the better influence in their lives.

I think Peter Andre plays the media manipulation game a lot better than Katie does. Lets face facts he was a washed up pop star who no one remembered before she married him. Now he lives in a mansion, with a fleet of cars all paid for by her and he runs to the papers bad mouthing her every chance he gets, even though she is the mother of his children.
he's so polite, even when he's about to cry, he manages to be respectful. it's clear he loves his children and i absolutely support him when it comes to denying alex possibly adopting his children. it's really pathetic that alex even thinks he has a chance.

The behaviour of the presenter was unethical and I really am quite appalled, Peter Andre is a well loved personality in my country and she clearly disrespected him when she continued to probe him eventhough he was visibly distraught by the subject! I doubt Katie would be stupid enough to even consider getting alex to try and adopt peters beautiful children. Peter is a wonderful dad from what I can see and he should have full support during this time, best wishes to katie and alex, you really are perfect for each other.

York, has nothing to do with Harvey, doesn't raise or support him in anyway, and i think he severed his own parental rights. he just doesn't want shit to do with his kid. so i think he doesn't have a right to bitch about someone else raising his kid.

He adores Harvey and has treated him better than his own biological father, Dwight Yorke, who now dares to claim Andre was being "disrespectful" to him. I saw their show a few years ago when they only had Harvey and it was very clear that Peter loved that boy as his own. I think he's a good man and a Great father. Harvey's bio dad wanted nothing to do with Harvey and was not around and Peter was there for that little boy. I have a lot of respect for a man who is willing to take on the responsibility of being a parent to a child that isn't his biologically. Always Team Peter.

You know, I never really paid to much attention to Peter and Katie, but I have to admit that this man is such an obvious loss to that whore. He is so respectful and he really doesn't talk crap about her anymore. What he said about his children was awesome. You can tell that he really truly loves them to pieces and I have seen many pics of them together all over the place.
