For a man with everything (i.e money, looks, family, hit TV show), all he had to do was NOT physically harm his wife and look what the moron did!
Charlie Sheen's knife wielding ass will be booked on felony charges for assault on his wife, Brooke Mueller. And he'll be slammed with some misdemeanors just for kicks!
He's set to be appear in court on Monday for the arraignment, along with giving arguments regarding relaxing the protective order between the couple.

Better they go for misdemeanors that stick than a felony conviction they'll never get. There are no witnesses other than Brooke, who cannot be called to testify as his spouse, and given her record and her inebriation, her statements at the time carry reasonable doubt. He's a free man…

obviously most of the posters here are too young to remember charlie sheen's pseudo-brat packer days. he was damn fine! i'm still crushing. the way i see it, though, the bat-shit crazy woman he is married to probably did a little bit of fibbing telling her side because she's just as bad or worse of a drunk/druggie than he is! drinking while pregnant? no wonder the one baby had problems. i think charlie will come out with a minor blemish to his record and hopefully have one less crazy bitch to worry about!

Hitting Charlie with a felony with his past record makes this very serious. I am surprised because there must be some doubt to the knife story. That is why it is a felony, but she had so much alchohol in her system at the time she called and they arrived - police. I would have stayed in misdemeanor land if I were the Prosecutors…
Two and a Half Men used to be my favorite TV show but I stopped watching a few years ago when it was revealed that Charlie Sheen believes that the Bush administration engineered the World Trade Center attack and that he was considering narrating a documentary about it. Disgusting and stupid man. I never pay money any more to see movies, buy DVDs, CDs for any lefty any more. The only way I have to fight back is my with my wallet.
Re: tigrrrlilly – wasn't excusing him nor did i say that his looks have anything to do with his character…i was simply remarking because of all the comments on here talking about his looks. i would never make light of domestic abuse in normal situations but his wife is not looking too good in all this either. it all comes down to who's got the better lawyer. unfortunately, even if her story turns out to be false, she will still use the battered wife defense and that gives women who are actually living in real hell a bad name and a hard time being believed. point is: i don't believe her story but she's gonna milk it.

If the charge sticks, he can kiss going to a few countries goodbye. You can't get into Canada, for instance, if you've had a DUI.

I still think Charlie & Brooke both should be charged not just him. She goes into rehab to protect her ass and let's him take the blunt she should be held responsible as well. Yes she might not have pulled a knife on him but she was just as out of it as he was an more than likely provoked the dumb-ass and with children in the house! They are both guilty and should both be charged.
